Today is day 4 of a season of recreating my body image. With so many things going on in life, school, work, kids, mr., etc... I skipped workouts and trust me when I say I am not happy about it. So as I realign my focus on what I need to prioritize in this season, working out is at the top of the list. My body is sore but I feel great. Just knowing that I am working to get back to my normal size as well as knowing what the result will be is keeping me inspired. I have a some major projects that I will be working on over the next few months but no matter what else is going on working out atleast 6 out of 7 days a week is a must. Sharing love with someone, enjoying life with your family and just working on other goals can through you off track if exercise is not a part of your daily habits. So I have to put in some really hard work for a little while physically to get back to my norm and after that I just have to keep focus on maintenance.
